*Nickel inner slide tubes are re-plated with Chrome (rather than nickel plated over nickel). The 18H bell is, of course, famous Conn Coprion. Coprion is a seamless pure copper bell created with an electrolytic process and being pure copper, is just a bit softer than others. The Eastman case holds the bell snugly and provides outstanding protection for the horn.

This horn was owned by a friend of mine and the slide is just amazing.  I’ve never seen a “student model” horn with a slide this good….as in a “10.” The Conn 18H is, in my opinion, the best student model trombone ever made.  Another friend of mine has been playing Dixieland his 18H for over 50 years.

As with all the horns listed, we have additional pictures.  Please contact me.
